The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) has agreed to allow gaming operator Leisure and Resorts World Corporation (LRWC) to re-open 20 eBingo venues, having previously ordered them to close due to their proximity to schools and churches.
LRWC was ordered to immediately shut down 53 electronic gaming and bingo establishments across the country earlier this month, on the basis that they breached regulations concerning minimum distance requirements between gaming venues and schools and churches.
