An administrative court in Sweden has rejected appeals by two leading Swedish newspapers against the actions of national gambling regulator Lotteriinspektionen.
The appeals by Aftonbladet and Expressen concern injunctions issued by the regulator against the newspapers aimed at preventing them from providing links to offshore online gambling operators.
The injunctions were first used to combat online gambling marketing in 2013 after the Lotteriinspektionen failed in its previous legal action against the two newspapers.
