Lawmakers in Delaware have introduced two new bills to regulate advance deposit wagering (ADW) and daily fantasy sports (DFS).
The ADW bill introduced Wednesday by Representative Kimberly Williams aims to regulate an activity which the bill describes as "the only growing segment of the pari-mutuel industry" for the past decade.
It states that despite the absence of any oversight, Delaware residents continue to participate in advance deposit wagering while providing no contribution to the state's racing industry.
