London-listed digital marketing specialist XLMedia has confirmed that its chief financial officer Yehuda Dahan has stepped down with immediate effect.
Dahan served as the company’s CFO since June 2013 and is replaced by Liat Hellman, who assumes the role of interim CFO while the company searches for a permanent replacement.
Hellman, who will not join the board of directors at this time, is currently CFO at XLMedia subsidiary Webpals and has been with the company since 2012.
