The Polish government has expanded the country's blacklist of unlicensed online gaming operators after the administrative court of Warsaw ruled that the domain blocking measures were legal.

Poland published its first blacklist of unlicensed operator in May 2017, one month after amendments to the Polish Gambling Act came into force. The act allows for sports betting licences to be issued to operators but reserves online casino games, lotteries and bingo for the state-owned monopoly operator Totalizator Sportowy.
