Belgian member of parliament Els Van Hoof has introduced a bill to amend the country’s gambling laws and prohibit betting on events in which the majority of participants are minors.
The Christian Democratic politician for the CD&V political party argues that to separate minors from gambling, the current law must be amended to prevent betting on youth matches.
