Online betting exchange operator Betfair said Friday that the pricing of its initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange has been set at £13.00 per share, valuing the company at approximately £1.39bn, with the company’s shares expected to be admitted for trading on LSE’s main market next Wednesday October 27th.
