The Netherlands gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) has fined live casino specialist Visionary iGaming almost €300,000 for allowing Dutch players to access its consumer-facing gaming site.
The KSA found that Visionary's Fairwaycasino.com was fully accessible to Dutch customers between March 4th and April 26th, 2016.
The regulator was able to open an account and make a deposit on the site, which was received by Visionary's Malta-based subsidiary VIG Software.
