The Massachusetts State Lottery has posted record results for the fifth consecutive year as sales increased by 4 per cent to US$5.23bn for the year ended June 30th.
Sales eclipsed the previous record, set last year, by $217m, with instant ticket sales climbing 3 per cent to $3.6bn, representing around 69 per cent of total sales.
