Sportingbet sells Turkish language business for €142.5m

Online gaming operator Sportingbet plc has agreed to the disposal of its Turkish language website for a minimum consideration of €142.5m to Netherland Antilles-based East Pioneer Corporation B.V, a newly incorporated company owned by Sigma Corporate Management, with support services for the future operation of the website to be provided by GVC Holdings.
