Online gaming software and services provider Playtech Limited has expanded its product offering with the acquisition of games developer Ash Gaming Limited for a total consideration of up to £23m.
Founded in 2002, Ash Gaming has developed into one of the leading developers of interactive gambling and betting games, predominantly slot-based games, with more than 30 licensees including many of the popular online sportsbooks.
