Japan’s Docomo to acquire Winga owner Buongiorno

Japanese mobile phone operator NTT Docomo Inc has launched a tender offer to acquire all of the shares in Buongiorno S.p.A, the Italian mobile content provider and owner of the Winga online gaming brand, in a deal worth approximately €224m (US$288.3m).
