Sweden’s Nordic Leisure has signed an agreement to sell its Malta-based subsidiary Redbet Gaming, operator of several gaming brands including Redbet and Heypoker, to Swedish media giant Bonnier.
Redbet Gaming operates under a licence from the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA), and owns several online gaming brands including Redbet.com, Whitebet.com, Heypoker.com and TotalPoker.com.
