Shares in Toronto-listed gaming supplier Amaya Gaming Group set a new 52-week high amid rumours of a possible merger or acquisition in the poker segment and the disposal of its Ongame online poker platform.
The company saw its share price soar 13 per cent on Friday and a further 2.93 per cent Monday on speculation that it would sell Ongame in order to finance a significant acquisition.
