The Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) has filed a six-count complaint against one of the state’s largest sportsbook operators, CG Technology, accusing the company of underpaying bettors, taking bets after an event had concluded and withholding information from authorities.
The regulator has makes several serious claims against CG Technology, arguing that the company has violated several of Nevada’s Revised Statutes and NGCB regulations, underpaying more than 20,000 winning bets, amounting to a total of $700,000.
