London-listed payments provider SafeCharge has appointed Robert Caplehorn and Jeremy Nicholds to its board of directors.
The pair join as Ed Warner resigns from the SafeCharge board, having served as a director of the company since its initial public offering in 2014.
Both Nicholds and Caplehorn are experienced payments industry executives, with Nicholds spending eight years as executive director of mobile for Visa Europe.
