Payments provider Optimal Payments confirmed Tuesday that it will complete the acquisition of Skrill Group next Monday after receiving approval from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Optimal was granted change of control approval from the FCA relating to its purchase of digital payments business Skrill, with completion of the acquisition scheduled for Monday August 10th.
