NYX Gaming Group has filed a lawsuit in New Jersey accusing its shareholder William Hill of breaching the state’s anti-trust act by attempting to block its acquisition by Scientific Games.
NYX is accusing the operator of "tortious interference with economic advantage, and tortious interference with contract", and is seeking injunctive relief, damages and fees.
