Financial spread betting and CFD provider IG Group has entered into an agreement to purchase the global trading news and research portal DailyFX from US-based foreign exchange broker Forex Capital Markets (FXCM).
IG Group will pay a total consideration of USD$40m (£30.8m), with the deal expected to be completed by the end of October.
