Stockholm-listed gaming operator Betsson has agreed a £26.4m deal for NetPlay TV that will boost its presence in the UK online casino market.
Betsson said Thursday that it has agreed to acquire all of the shares in AIM-listed NetPlay, which operates the Jackpot247, Supercasino and Vernons brands, primarily using third-party systems.
