Playtech has acquired UK-facing online slot developer Eyecon in a £50m deal, as part of its strategy to acquire bolt-on technology and content in key gaming markets.
Founded in Brisbane, Australia in 1997, Eyecon is a specialist supplier of online gaming slots software with a particular focus on bingo audiences. It is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and Alderney, with a head office in Guernsey since 2015.
