Toronto-based private equity firm Clairvest has made a US$73.7m investment in Head InfoTech India, operator of the online gaming platform Ace2Three.
The India-facing skill-based online gaming site has been eyeing potential acquirers since October last year, when it was said to be looking for cash offers in the range of USD$100m and $115m.
Clairvest has not disclosed any details about the stake which it has acquired, other than to say that the $73.7m investment is being made [...]
