Sydney-listed betting and gaming operator Tabcorp Holdings has completed the divestment of its Queensland-based electronic gaming machine monitoring business Odyssey Gaming Services.
Odyssey has been sold to Australian National Hotels, a subsidiary of hospitality business Federal Group, for an undisclosed sum.
The sale was a key condition required for Tabcorp to finalise its merger with rival Tatts Group.
