Copenhagen-based iGaming affiliate Better Collective has strengthened its presence in German-speaking markets, agreeing a €36.3m deal to acquire Austria’s Bola Webinformation, operator of sports betting affiliate site Wettbasis.com.
The deal marks Better Collective’s eleventh acquisition and the largest to date, and follows the company's Stockholm IPO in June.
Better Collective will pay €36.3m in cash to acquire Bola Webinformation, with €30.8m payable upon closing and the remainder due after 12 months.
