Toronto-listed lottery messenger service LottoGopher Holdings has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to combine its business with mobile gaming specialist Bravio Technologies.
The agreement will see LottoGopher acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Bravio in exchange for shares in LottoGopher, with the transaction expected to constitute a reverse takeover of LottoGopher.
