UK-based spread betting firm Spreadex has entered into an agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald to acquire the financial spread betting customer base of Cantor Index.
The move is expected to strengthen Spreadex’s position as a leading UK spread betting provider and follows similar acquisitions of the client lists of Extrabet and MF Global spreads.
The acquisition relates to the non-equities financial spread betting customers of Cantor Index, who will be transferred to the Spreadex platform on March 20th.
