Delaware casino and racetrack operator Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment has been notified by the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) that its shares are trading below the required minimum price for continued listing.
The NYSE informed the operator that the average closing price of its common stock had fallen below $1.00 per share over a period of thirty consecutive trading days – below the minimum average share price as determined by the NYSE Listed Company Manual.
