Nevada-based games developer Spin Games has agreed a content development and integration partnership with Gibraltar-licensed social and iGaming content provider Nektan.

The agreement will see Spin Games license a selection of HTML5 games to Nektan, as well as integrating its remote gaming server (ROC) with the Nektan platform.

Nektan will be able to simultaneously launch products in multiple channels using the HTML5-optimised ROC, which also features slots, video poker, keno and draw and table games engines, allowing it to support a variety of content.

Spin Games, which launched an updated version of ROC in September in a bid to establish itself in the US online gaming market, has rolled out a selection of its casino products for Caesars in New Jersey through a partnership with KGM Gaming.

The company’s president Kent Young said the deal would allow Spin Games to expand its presence in regulated markets.

“With our combined expertise we can expect significant traction and gaming yields,” Young added.

“The demand for quality mobile HTML5 real-money slots and video poker in regulated markets is insatiable, and we are delighted to have secured this unique content from Spin to add to our catalogue,” Nektan commercial director David da Silva added.
