Live dealer gaming specialist Evolution Gaming has signed an agreement with Danske Licens Spil, the iGaming subsidiary of the former Danish monopoly operator, to launch a fully branded live casino offering.

The games will be broadcast from dedicated live casino tables based in Evolution’s new studios in Malta, featuring branded tables and a dedicated team of dealers, including a number of native Danish speakers.

Danske Spil will offer the branded tables alongside generic live rolulette, blackjack, baccarat and Casino Hold’em tables broadcasting from Evolution's Latvian studio.

Danske Licens Spil head of casino, poker and games Søren Schneider explained that the launch of a live dealer offering would allow the operator to cement its position as the iGaming market-leader in Denmark.

“Our dedicated tables in particular will enable us to strengthen our brand online and we are looking forward to provide a 100 per cent unique Danish offering to our customers,” said Schneider. “With a live casino product we will be able to offer a full unique casino experience which will give us an extra advantage in a very competitive market.”

Evolution’s chief commercial officer Fredrik Osterberg added that he was “proud” to have established the partnership with the Danish operator.

“Danske Licens Spil’s new service will also include the first ever native speaking dealer Live Casino for Denmark, so it’s sure to be keenly anticipated by Danish speaking players,” he said. “We are very much looking forward to working with the leader in this dynamic market.”
