Swedish gaming software developer NYX Interactive, a subsidiary of NYX Gaming Group, has had its Open Games Server (OGS) certified for launch in the Danish iGaming market.

Having passed the certification process, NYX can now roll out its OGS platform for clients in Denmark, with the supplier’s senior vice president David Flynn describing the confirmation as “further testament to the continuing progress” of the solution.

Certification was carried out by compliance testing house NMi.

The OGS was launched 18 months ago, and has since integrated a range of content from a number of suppliers including SHFL Entertainment, Sheriff Gaming and Amaya Gaming Group.

Most recently NYX expanded the products available through OGS with the launch of virtual sports products, supplied by UK-based developer 1X2gaming.

It has also signed up a number of clients, including EveryMatrix and Iforium as well as operators including Betsson and Unibet.

Flynn said the offering had grown at a rate of 700 per cent in the past twelve months alone, which he described as “an astonishing rate.”

“With a focus on great content, OGS continues to deliver for our existing and new clients alike,” he continued. “I’m looking forward to further expansion into new regulated markets and the release of further chart toppers like Extra Cash, Queen of the Nile 2, Blackjack Dealers Choice and Dragon Drop.”

NYX OGS is also available in the regulated Italian online gaming market through a partnership with local service provider Microgame, with the deal finalised in October last year.
