This week’s game releases include new games from the likes of Net Entertainment and Yggdrasil Gaming, with a selection of World Match games going live in the Italian market with Microgame.

World Match

Malta-licensed casino games and platform provider World Match has released sixteen new slot games in the Italian market via Microgame’s People's Casino online game network.

The first 3D slot games to be rolled out include Archibald Mayan Ruins, Oriental Tales, Discovering Africa and Dante’s Trilogy. The games have been released across all 117 sites of the People's Casino network.

Archibald The Explorer is a trilogy of themed slot games from World Match, which features three different settings for adventures involving the popular explorer, while Dante's Trilogy is dedicated to the famous and exciting journey of Dante through Inferno, Purgatory and Paradise.

All the World Match slots are equipped with innovative features such as Wild Multiplier, Scatter Winnings, Surprise Symbol, Symbols Blast. The games also have their own themed Bonus Game.

Yggdrasil Gaming

Online gaming software supplier Yggdrasil Gaming has announced the launch of its latest video slot game, Fruitoids which has been simultaneously released on desktop and mobile devices.

The new space age video slot game take players on a tour of unchartered galaxies, and is filled with fascinating graphics and interplanetary icons, while the five-reel, 25-payline slot features high-paced game mechanics aimed at the frequent slots player.

“Fruitoids is the latest in a long line of high energy, innovative slot games from Yggdrasil and we have a queue of operators ready to take this across desktop and mobile,” said Fredrik Elmqvist, chief executive of Yggdrasil Gaming. “It’s been a great project to work on with every facet of the game designed and built in-house, even the logo font, which was inspired by Apple Computer’s 1977 logo giving it both a retro and a futuristic feel.”

Fruitoids also comes complete with a futuristic theme tune based on a popular style of Finnish. Yggdrasil hired a number of experienced sound artists to create the in-play ambient sounds and music in order to generate the best player experience.

Features include re-spins with sticky symbols on every win and a column multiplier where, if players complete columns of the same symbol, they are handsomely rewarded.

To further increase the gaming experience, players choose their preferred spin speed before pressing the Spin button to get the interstellar action started.
Net Entertainment

Swedish casino games developer Net Entertainment has added to its desktop and Touch mobile portfolio with the launch of the company’s newest video slot game, Lights.

Players are whisked off to a stunning Asian valley where they can enjoy a smooth 5-reel, 3-row and 9-line offering with Free Spins and Floating Wilds. Lantern-shaped symbols help build a captivating experience on the reels.

Glimmering fireflies swarm the reels on every spin to create Floating Wilds on top of existing symbols. As the night draws in, a great number of fireflies dance amongst the reels to illuminate symbols that deliver the wild feature.

Inspired Gaming

Virtual sports provider Inspired Gaming has said that it expects to generate some 200m in bets on its virtual sports games during next month’s football World Cup.

The company’s virtual sports games are available at venues, online and on mobile channels in a number of countries, most notable in Italy where six operators are already live with the service. Inspired claims that its games are available in 35 countries, with the company recently signing deals to launch in Belgium and Slovenia.

Inspired has predicted that it will generated 200m in bets on its virtual sports products during the World Cup, including 100m bets from its virtual football game alone – equivalent to over 3m bets per day during the 32-day tournament period, with more bets than ever placed via mobile products.
