Nevada-based Genesis Gaming has launched a new video slot game simultaneously across Flash and HTML5 formats on four platforms including Microgaming's Quickfire, Openbet, Leander Games and Odobo.

Its latest video slot Robyn is a five-reel All Pays (243 Way) video slot named after lead-character Robyn, an expert archer who shoots random target symbols.

Released on the Quickfire, Openbet, Leander Games and Odobo platforms, the game has been designed to provide the same gaming experience across Flash and HTML5 formats, with the latter featuring ergonomically designed controls to further enhance game play.

“Through strong partnerships with key open platforms for both online and mobile delivery, Genesis is able to give operators unsurpassed access to premium releases,” said Geoffrey Hansen, Genesis Gaming's managing girector. “In particular, operators have been requesting more options for mobile delivery of premium games like Robyn.

"Fortunately, our innovative Conception XD development framework allows us to deliver games ready for simultaneous online and mobile launch.”

Neill Whyte, head of product channels at Microgaming, added: “Genesis understands the importance of cross-platform; developing content which can be enjoyed by all players, irrespective of their preferred playing device.

“Robyn is our first development partner game to launch simultaneously in Flash and HTML5 on the Quickfire platform; hopefully this is the first of many more to come.”
