London-listed operator Gaming Realms has conditionally agreed to sell its website properties which are hosted on third party platforms for a total consideration of £2.9m, as it looks to focus on brands operating on its proprietary platform.
The sites have been sold to Silverspin Media and Blackspark, with Blackspark making a £1.2m up front payment with an additional £500,000 to be paid under a transitional services agreement over the next five months.
