Canada’s Intertain Group said Tuesday that it intends to list its shares on the main market of the London Stock Exchange as part of a comprehensive UK-centred strategy to enhance shareholder value.
The UK strategic initiatives include a proposed London listing of the ordinary shares of a newly-incorporated London-headquartered UK corporation that would become the parent holding company for the group (ListCo).
