Spain’s regulated iGaming market saw gross gaming revenue increase by 23 per cent to €125.6m during the final quarter of 2016, with results boosted by a strong performance from the online casino vertical and continued growth in sports betting.
Total amounts wagered increased by 20 per cent to €2.91bn, with deposits up 34 per cent year-on-year to €323.5m and active customers climbing 10 per cent to 598,280 during the quarter.
