Xela Holdings’ 138.com, a London-based iGaming operator offering an Asian-themed gaming experience, has partnered Income Access to launch its new affiliate programme.
Launched in 2005 and licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission, 138.com offers it services in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Thai and Indonesian.
