The Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGR) in the Australian state of New South Wales continues to pursue gambling operators over breaches of advertising legislation, with bet365 and Unibet the latest to be convicted.

The two operators were found guilty today in Downing Centre Local Court after Unibet admitted three advertising breaches and bet365 two. Under NSW’s 2012 Betting and Racing Regulations, licensed operators are prohibited from publishing advertising that offers state residents any inducement to gamble or open a betting account.
