Dutch authorities have shut down an illegal gambling operation following a series of raids across locations in The Hague.
After searching 11 locations across The Hague, police have arrested 5 people suspected of being involved in money laundering and organized illegal sports betting, with a number of laptops and computers confiscated.
The arrests follow an investigation by the city’s municipality, working alongside the police, tax authority, gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), and the Public Prosecution Service.
