UK bookmaker Ladbrokes will provide in-stadium betting services to Sheffield United fans through a new three-season partnership with the English Championship football club.

As the club's official stadium betting partner, Ladbrokes will supply betting facilities for the Bramall Lane ground, providing fans with exclusive offers and promotions. Supporters will also have chances to win prizes such as training ground visits, signed club merchandise and match tickets.

Sheffield United's commercial head Paul Reeves said he was looking forward to working with a well-known high street bookmaker to offer the best possible betting experience for fans.

Through the deal Ladbrokes also gains a presence on Sheffield United's social media channels and around Bramall Lane. Its branding will be featured on perimeter advertising boards, in the matchday programme, and on the ground's new jumbo screen.

"We are very excited at Ladbrokes to be forming this dynamic partnership with Sheffield United Football Club as they embark on their mission to be promoted to the Premier League," Ladbrokes head of PR Jessica Bridge said. "It promises to be an exciting season ahead for the club and we would like to wish the manager, the players and all the fans the very best of luck."

The deal has been signed as the club prepares for its first season back in the Championship, the second division of the English Football League, with its first game against Brentford this weekend.

It is the second partnership of this kind to be announced by Ladbrokes Coral Group this week, after Coral was named Sunderland AFC's stadium betting partner.
