Stockholm-listed iGaming affiliate Better Collective has acquired a 19.99 per cent stake in Mindway AI, a Danish software provider that uses artificial intelligence to detect early signs of pathological gambling behavior.
Better Collective will pay DKK4.0m (approx. €535,000) for the minority stake and has also agreed to acquire the remaining shares in Mindway AI for DKK20m if certain performance targets are met.
