Betsson has been forced to close down its Shopsson retail outlet in Stockholm, again, after Sweden’s Supreme Administrative Court refused the company leave to appeal and declined to refer the case to the European Court of Justice for a preliminary ruling.
Betsson was last forced to close down Shopsson after a December 2009 ruling in favour of the Swedish Lottery Inspectorate, which found that Shopsson violated Swedish Lottery law by promoting participation in foreign gambling. At [...]
