bwin.party has had its request to be removed from Belgium’s blacklist of illegal online gaming operators rejected by the Court of First Instance in Brussels.
The company’s bwin.com domain was added to the country’s blacklist for ISP blocking in May for serving customers in Belgium without a licence. Under Belgium’s Gambling Act, only the holders of a land-based gaming licence may apply for a licence to extend their offering to the internet.
