Australia’s High Court has this morning determined that Betfair and Paddy Power’s Sportsbet are permitted to appeal last year’s Federal Court judgments relating to the applications of race fees of 1.5 per cent of turnover by Racing NSW (RNSW) and Harness Racing NSW (HRNSW), respectively the regulators of thoroughbred and harness racing in New South Wales.
