Industry welcomes ECJ Opinion on Greek gambling law

An Opinion published Thursday by the European Court of Justice states that the gambling monopoly granted to Greece’s state controlled gaming operator OPAP under the country’s Gaming Law of 1996 was inconsistent with European Union law.
