Leading German land based arcade and casino operator Gauselmann Group has expanded its presence in the UK gaming market with the acquisition of Marwyn Gaming Limited, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Marwyn Management Partners and owner of Praesepe plc.
The sale includes all the gaming divisions within the MMP group including 159 adult gaming centres, nine bingo clubs, five family entertainment centres, as well as the Beacon Bingo online business.
