Australia’s Two Way Limited has signed a share sale agreement with Donaco Singapore, a company controlled by Lim Keong Yew and Benjamin Lim Keong Hoe, who are the nephews of Genting’s current CEO Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay and the grandsons of Genting founder Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong.
