Following an appeal by Australia’s Tabcorp and the state of Victoria, the Full Court of the Federal Court has ruled that Paddy Power’s Sportsbet will not be able to operate its Betbox branded self-service internet betting kiosks.
The decision overturns an earlier ruling in August 2011 by Justice Michelle Gordon.
