Britain’s Ladbrokes plc has renewed its online gaming platform and content supply agreement with Microgaming under new commercial terms, two months after the collapse of acquisition talks with 888 Holdings plc.
Microgaming will continue to supply casino and games software to Ladbrokes under the new commercial terms, which Ladbrokes says will offer revenue growth opportunities to both parties.
