State Representative Tina Davis has introduced legislation which would establish guidelines and regulations for internet gaming within the state of Pennsylvania.
Representative Davis announced in January of this year that she would introduce legislation to legalise online gaming, following recent actions taken by Pennsylvania’s neighbouring states – Delaware and New Jersey.
The bill, HB1235, amend the state’s Title 4 (Amusements of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, and provides for temporary internet gaming regulations.
