UK bookmaker Ladbrokes has confirmed that Stephen Vowles has decided to step down from his role as customer experience director following the restructuring of the company's marketing functions.
Vowles has been with the company since 2010 and was appointed customer experience director in June 2011 as part of Ladbrokes' reorganisation of its senior management team following the arrival of Richard Glynn as CEO.
